- Account: Name, Email, Phone Number, ID
- Social Login: LINE ID, LINE User ID (optional)
- Service Data: Booking history, participation records, billing records
- Automatically: Service usage logs, device information

## **2. Purpose of Processing**
- Provide golf tee-time booking services
- Manage user accounts and verify identity
- Send booking confirmations via LINE and app
- Manage billing records
- Handle user inquiries

## **3. Account Deletion**

**In-App (Recommended):** Settings → Account Management → Delete Account (instant)

**By Email:** [email protected] (3 business days)

**Data Deletion:**
- Personal information: Immediately deleted
- Billing records: Retained up to 5 years (legal requirement)
- Account is non-recoverable
